A Bad Pigges ReMix!? BEFORE we've even posted an Angry Birds ReMix??
Indeed, the evil & porcine has trumped the mad & avian, as French newcomer OC/DC (David Chirol) sends us an uptempo, short-but-sweet orchestral + accordion arrangement of the BP main theme that's got a plucky, cartoonish vibe to it. The artist didn't provide any comments; Larry's vote covered the prevailing judiciary zeitgeist:
"Nothing wrong with the structure being close as long as the approach is personalized and the overall presentation is substantially modified. This was great adaptation to orchestral with lots of smart original writing additions and ornamentation. The tempo slowdown and rise from :54-1:11 was well-written, and I'm impressed and appreciative with the arrangement not lazily retreading anything, since it was only 2:30-long. Fun source, and I'm surprised we're going to post a Bad Piggies arrangement before Angry Birds. And yet, here we are. Nice work, David!"
Sir_NutS adds:
"The arrangement is another point where I agree with Deia, it sticks very close to the original however there are added harmonies and flairs, as well as a slight changes in structure and a nice variation in pacing with the slowing to moderato, enough for me to pass it. This remix sounds like a lighthearted and playful version of the Red Army Orchestra performing Bad Piggies and I guess that would be enough for me."
Well said; brief, comical, light, & conservative arrangement that takes a fun theme and... has some MORE fun with it, in a more embellished & symphonic setting!

Hahaha this is great.
Someone should balance this by covering this song:
Maybe I'll do it in the future, but I can imagine a metal remix of this being awesome.

Is that garritan personal orchestra? Has that fun synthetic sound, just goes to show you don't need expensive samples to make an orchestral mix! This mix is a lot of fun and energetic, it reminds me of the good old days.

I'm glad I'm not the only one going for underremixed games. This is a very fun arrangement, lighthearted and uplifting, recommended!

Dude, I absolutely loved the soundtrack for Bad Piggies. I haven't played it since I got my new phone, but I'm glad someone covered the music from the game. nice job!
